Essen Star Concert 2010

On the 9th of October, the Grugahalle in Essen was filled with Poles for the third time - the ‘Star Concert’ took place. This year, the audience was entertained with the music of Perfect, Golec Brothers Orchestra and Ryszard Rynkowski. It is worth stating that all the three branches of GMB Pro were involved in the event - we were responsible for the sounding, the lights and the transparent curtain (curveLED) of the concert.

Coke Live Fest 2010

The fifth edition of Coke Live Music Fest in Krakow has launched. World-class artists (including Muse, The Chemical Brothers or N.E.R.D) will perform on three stages and will undoubtedly be welcomed by their fans. GMB Pro Sound will help the artists in doing so, while providing the sounding of the event for the fifth time in a row.

TGD concert

On the 5th of August 2010 GMB Pro was responsible for a concert of a Christian choir ‘TGD’ in Kielce. Many days of preparation, tons of equipment, extremely long rechearsals and, finally, two days of recording. We admit humbly that GMB Pro Sound was responsible for the sounding of the event, GMB Pro Light - for its lights and GMB Pro Media - for the transparent curtain.

TV Productions

We take part in realisation of programmes produced for the TV, both the public and commercial channels. ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, ‘So You Think You Can Dance’, ‘Got Talent?’ and many more - the sounding of the programmes is our responsibility. All of the programmes weresupported by us from the very beginning, we are therefore more than content to see that the programme producers decide to trust us again.

66th anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising

On the 31st of July 2010, on the eve of the 66th anniversary of the beginning of the Warsaw Uprising, thousands of Poles gathered at the Krasiński’s square to commemorate the ones fighting for freedom. The symbolical importance of the Uprising was emphasised, even though it ended with a surrender. The event ended with a drama ‘Sztandary ‘44’’ in which many famous actors performed.

Heineken Open'er Festival 2010

The sounding of Heineken Open’er Festival was again our responsibility. This year, we provided the sounding of 4 stages, for over 50 concerts. We collaborated with such stars like Pearl Jam, Kasabian, Hot Chip, The Dead Weather on the main stage, Klaxons, Archive, 2 Many Djs on the Tent Stage, Cypress Hill, NAS on the World Stage.

This year’s main sounding system was composed of 140 speakers. The latest technologies, the equipment of the trusted companies and the professionalism of our team markedly contributed to the general success of the Heineken Open’er Festival.

Volleyball Stars 2010

On the 13th of February 2010 in the Hilton Hotel in Warsaw the 3rd edition of the plebiscite for Polish Volleyball Stars of 2009 took place. In this year's edition the fans were also voting (20 thousand of them sent an SMS to vote), and they chose the winners in six categories. The gala was conducted by well-known public figures, a few famous Polish bands and the orchestra played during the ceremony as well. The sounding was provided by GMB Pro Sound and the transparent curtain is a GMB Pro Media merit

New Year's Eve in Warsaw

Milions of people all over the world spend New Year’s Eve on major city squares. In Warsaw, on the 31st of December, tens of thousands of people came to the ‘New Year’s Eve Hit Night’ organised by the Polsat TV station and The Capital City of Warsaw. The main motive was Michael Jackson’s hits were the main motive. During this exceptional night many of the Polish artists also performed. Finally, it has to be admitted that the power of the sounding was twice as big as on the Madonna concert in Warsaw last year. Therefore, everyone could hear everything clearly.

Red Bull X-Fighters

On the 6th of September 2008 the Warsaw Stadium of the Decade, a symbol of the previous political period became a spectator of the extreme sports competition. The best motocross riders, tons of equipment, tons of sand, 35000 spectators - this is how the grande finale of Red Bull X-Fighters looked like. During the 2-hour show, the riders were jumping from giant ramps with incredible tricks. However, not only the vision was magnificent. GMB Pro Sound was taking care of every single detail of the sounding - we even installed microphones near the ramps so that the audience could hear the roaring sound of the motocross bikes.
